Dean leads the Commercial Property team at Tyr. Dean has over 15 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial property and specialises in residential and commercial development work . He acts for some of the UK’s leading national and regional housebuilders and has a wealth of experience in advising on complex strategic land options and site assembly issues. He is also regularly asked to act for landowners to sell land for development as they value the insight he can provide from his experience of acting for developers. Dean works closely with his clients and is renowned for being deal focussed, straight talking and pragmatic.
