David has been specialising in Property matters for over 20 years dealing with domestic and commercial transactions. David has worked on the property aspects of charity mergers such as releases of charges, leases, property due diligence and drafting the property clauses in the Transfer of Charitable Undertakings Agreement. David’s main case load sees him dealing with developers in site acquisition, development and disposal together with landlord and tenant matters in commercial leases/licences. David also advises in relation to finance/securitisation of complex property transactions and regularly assists the Charity Team in relation to property matters.
