Particular expertise in advising management committees and managing partners of LLP's and partnerships operating in the professional services and financial sectors on all aspects of LLP and partnership law, including partnership and LLP agreements, partners/members internal disputes, team moves, behaviour and conduct of individuals, breaches of duty, compulsory and voluntary retirement, expulsion, remuneration structures, restrictive covenants and issues related to lateral hires and new partners/members.
