With over 15 years’ experience advising on a variety of deals, Ciaran is a corporate adviser specialising in the technology, computer games and digital media sectors.

He acts for all types of clients in the technology and media sectors, from leading companies to investors and entrepreneurs.

Ciaran is experienced across a broad range of corporate transactions including M&A, venture capital, corporate venturing, joint ventures and reorganisations and frequently work on deals spanning multiple jurisdictions. I use this experience to offer clients pragmatic and valuable advice throughout the process and to ensure transactions are closed successfully.

He also leads the team that works with our corporate venturing partners Microsoft Accelerator and Wayra.
