Chris Agnoli is a London-based partner in Ropes & Gray’s tax practice. He has a wide range of experience working on complex U.K. and international tax issues. Chris provides tax advice on a broad spectrum of transactions involving all areas of corporate tax, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and hedge fund structuring, employment tax issues, financial markets transactions, and real estate matters. His clients have included institutional investors, investment managers, hedge funds, private equity funds, REITs and public companies. He regularly advises on cross-border and international tax matters, co-ordinating advice with counsel in a wide range of jurisdictions to provide fully joined-up advice on the tax effects of clients’ transactions.
