Chloe joined Russells as a Partner in the Commercial Department in April 2019.

Chloe has over 15 years’ experience advising a broad range of clients across the music and wider entertainment industry. She advises businesses such as labels and publishers, as well as talented individuals such as writers, producers and performers on a wide range of deals, including recording, publishing, management, live performance and endorsement agreements. She provides clear, strategic, commercial as well as legal advice and has experience working with both established and emerging talent.

Prior to joining Russells, having studied law at Oxford, Chloe trained and qualified at media and entertainment firm Harbottle and Lewis, where she became a partner and head of the music practice in 2011.
