Cath is a Senior Associate in our Corporate & Private Equity team.

Cath advises companies, shareholders and investors on various corporate finance transactions; whether that be private equity investors acquiring and backing a management team, shareholders on the disposal of their business or an investor syndicate supporting an early stage business.

Cath trained at Capital and qualified in 2017 and since then has acted on a wide range of corporate transactions, most recently multiple “bolt-on” acquisitions for acquisitive long-standing clients of the firm.

Another large focus of Cath’s time and advice is for investor syndicates investing into Welsh based early-stage businesses.
