Beverley is an expert in family law specialising in high net divorce and financial matters arising from separation, complex children matters and is also

recognised as a specialist in the area of surrogacy law. Her financial work often involves complex financial matters involving business assets,

pensions, oversees assets and trusts. She also regularly advises in cases of financial applications brought on behalf of the children where parents

are unmarried including acting for and against high profile sports players. Beverley is recognised as an expert in surrogacy law regularly advising on

cases referred from all over the country. She further regularly acts in complicated children act matters including grandparent cases and removal

from the jurisdiction. Beverley is also a regular advisor to the LGBT community.
