Antony is a leading education lawyer and Senior Partner at PHP Law LLP. He has extensive experience across the education sector and perhaps best known for delivering one of the largest rescoping of a schools PFI project in the Country.

He is recognised as a leading individual in the Legal 500 2023 and Chambers UK 2023. Over the last couple of years, Antony has advised clients on a range of matters including, supporting on the innovative outsourcing of back-office services at a multi academy trust to a public sector joint venture made up of local authority and CCG shareholders. Further he has provided strategic support to multi academy trusts resulting in those trusts being able to grow.
