Anna Howell co-chairs Gibson Dunn’s oil and gas practice and is a member of the renewables, projects and infrastructure and ESG practice groups. Anna advises a diverse range of clients on cross-border transactions and projects in the energy and natural resources and alternative energy sectors with a focus on oil and gas, LNG, renewables and energy transition. She regularly advises across the energy value chain in mature and emerging markets throughout Europe, Africa, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East. Her experience includes M&A, joint ventures, long term offtakes and trading, decommissioning, restructurings, project financing and development and operational matters.
