Ann Bonomy is a Legal Director within the SHE Regulatory unit. She deals mainly with serious and fatal road traffic and workplace accidents that result in prosecution. Ann has been specialising in regulatory crime for over 15 years and has gained an excellent reputation. She regularly conducts trials in the Sheriff Court, both summary and solemn. Ann deals with cases across Scotland and has a “hands on" approach. She has been praised for her client care and maintains strong client relationships throughout her cases. Ann is also regularly engaged in delivering seminars and training in relation to health and safety updates, corporate homicide and legal developments.
