He conducts 'big ticket' disputes relating to the acquisition and disposal of development sites (including claims for specific performance, recession and rectification), planning appeals and judicial review of planning decisions, and disputes arising from substantial property portfolios (including dilapidations claims, service charge and rent review disputes).
