Alex is a banking partner and is global co-head of our leveraged finance business. Alex specialises in event driven and other loan transactions, including acquisition and infrastructure financings, IPO facilities and restructurings. He has a particular focus acting for global private equity houses on leveraged buy-outs and refinancing. He also advises infrastructure investment funds and listed corporates.
