Career

Alastair McCulloch is an intellectual property lawyer, focused on litigating patents and other IP rights as well as arbitrations on IP-led agreements. He is regularly involved in leading patent cases in the pharma and biotech field, though he has a deep experience covering a wide range of technical areas, including electronics and telecoms. As well as practising in cases before the English courts, Alastair is experienced in proceedings before the European Patent Office and in arbitrations (ICC, LCIA, Uncitral). Many of his cases are international in nature and he has extensive experience in multijurisdictional disputes, coordinating parallel proceedings in the U.S. and across Europe and Asia.
