Adam is an experienced Senior Associate. He advises businesses and individuals throughout the UK on a full range of employment and related issues.
Adam works with HR teams, in house lawyers and senior management at a wide variety of organisations. These range from FTSE 100 companies through to privately held businesses and a number of overseas companies with operations in the UK. Areas he typically advises on include: defending Employment Tribunal claims; new employee hires and terminations; redundancy projects; changes to terms and conditions; conducting internal investigations; enforcing restrictive covenants; IR35; and the Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SM&CR).
Adam also provides support to individuals, usually employees, but also to directors, consultants and LLP members. This includes advice on their employment contracts, disputes arising during employment such as challenges to bonuses or equal pay, as well as negotiating successful exits.
Adam is recognised by the legal directories as a leading employment lawyer, listed as a Key Lawyer in The Legal 500 and an Associate to Watch by Chambers.
