Helen specialises in construction, infrastructure and energy projects and she has extensive international experience having worked in Pinsent Masons’ London and Singapore offices.

Helen works with clients throughout the project life cycle to manage risk, avoid disputes and ensure the best commercial outcome. She is experienced in all manner of dispute resolution including Dispute Adjudication Boards, international arbitration, litigation, mediation, adjudication and expert determination.

Helen has advised on a wide range of matters including in relation to tunnels, rail, ports, bridges, roads, defence infrastructure, wind, solar, on-shore and off-shore transmission networks, power, process plants, petrochemicals, water treatment, pipework, M&E, stadia, commercial buildings, hotels, residential buildings, cladding, fire and building safety, O&M, services and facilities management.

Helen advises on a variety of standard form and bespoke contracts such as FIDIC, JCT and NEC and a variety of contractual structures such as PFI / PPP, joint ventures and other collaborations.

Helen is a visiting lecturer at the University of Stuttgart and a CEDR accredited mediator.
