I am a family and collaborative lawyer experienced in all aspects of family law and issues arising upon separation.

I undertake complex financial remedy work - including cases involving company and trust structures, pensions, offshore assets and intervenors but specialise in advising business owners (or their partners). My clients include farming families, entrepreneurs, owners of SME's and senior management in well known companies.

I work closely with clients' advisors to provide wealth protection solutions by preparing pre/post marital and cohabitation agreements.

I see my role as supporting clients through a time of crisis by providing pragmatic, solution focussed advice to achieve tailor made resolutions. Whilst I adopt a constructive approach to negotiations, I am robust litigator when needed.
