Haydn is a tax partner who provides tax advice and support across all the commercial practice areas. He is a dual-qualified solicitor and chartered accountant with over 20 years' experience advising on corporate, employment and property tax issues.

Haydn is recognised as a leading individual in Legal 500 and recommended in Chambers for his commercial and practical tax advice and has extensive experience in advising management teams, companies, private equity houses and investors on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, ranging from mergers, acquisitions, reconstructions and disposals to the structuring of tax-efficient joint ventures and investments.

Haydn has particular expertise in advising on the design and implementation of a broad range of employee share schemes and equity incentive arrangements and regularly advises both public and private sector clients on the tax aspects (and tax-efficient structuring) of land and property transactions (ranging from SDLT and VAT to capital allowances and the Construction Industry Scheme).
