Harriets practice concentrates on leveraged and acquisition finance. She represents a variety of clients with a particular focus on acting for alternative lenders and private credit funds in the direct lending market. She also works with private equity sponsors and corporates.
Harriet advises clients on a range of financing transactions including unitranche financings, second-lien financings, mezzanine financings, first out/last out structures, holdco PIK, co-investments, note-purchases, other subordinated facilities and restructurings. Her extensive experience covers a wide range of UK, European and cross-border transactions, in both the middle and upper markets.
