Hannah Field is a partner in the firm’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in London. Ms. Field has strength and depth across a wide range of complex commercial cross-border and domestic disputes spanning almost 20 years.

Ms. Field has significant experience advising corporates, private equity and other funds, high net worth individuals, technology clients and investment and retail banks.

Ms. Field’s expertise includes advising clients on disputes arising from issues such as breach of contract, misrepresentation, jurisdictional matters, shareholder disputes (of all manner, such as minority shareholder disputes, SPA and shareholder agreement disputes, pre-emption disputes and breaches of warranty), regulatory investigations, directors’ duties and fiduciary duties, cross-border insolvencies and financial disputes, contentious tax matters and contentious intellectual property matters.

Her work involves Court proceedings (including to the Supreme Court and acting in multi jurisdictional Court proceedings), arbitration proceedings and mediation.
