Emmas specialist area is joint venture relationships and she regularly advises clients across the globe on their joint venture arrangements. She also has extensive experience in advising funds and asset managers on regulatory matters and market trends, including advising on AIFMD, UCITS, MIFID, PRIIPS and ESG and has been a key member of the firms Brexit and ESG working groups, regularly producing materials and speaking on these topics.
