Emily advises clients on all aspects of property law – including high-value residential and development work but has particular expertise in commercial property, including acquisitions, sales and landlord and tenant work. As well as managing her own varied caseload and being the point of contact for many of the firm’s long-standing clients,

Emily joined B P Collins as a paralegal in 2013 before completing her training contract with the firm and qualifying into the property team in 2016. She regularly works as part of the client team on the most high-value and complex transactions within the practice.
