David is a partner in the corporate and commercial team and principally involved in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, fundraising and venture capital transactions and agreements between shareholders with complicated share structures. David has a reputation for providing, “sensible and pragmatic” solutions and balancing attention to detail with a no-nonsense approach to getting deals done.

Prior to becoming a partner at B P Collins, David was a partner at a large firm in the City of London where he worked for over 20 years. He has worked across a wide spectrum of industries including insurance, sports, entertainment, waste management and property development. Clients, who range from large multi nationals, SMEs and individuals, report that “he works well to tight timetables and is committed to getting things over the line”.
