Practice Areas

Charlotte is a Senior Associate in the Regulatory Team. She advises and assists on matters predominantly in three of the Team’s core service areas: 1) Advising Solicitors and Law Firms; 2) Defending Accountants and Accountancy Firms; and 3) Advice for Regulators and Public Bodies. A key part of Charlotte’s Practice is advising and representing Partners and Law Firms at all stages in the SRA’s regulatory process, from initial SRA enquiries through to hearings before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and appeals to the High Court.
