Caroline practises across all of private family law. She is regularly instructed by HNW and UHNW individuals for representation in complex financial disputes including off shore trusts, pensions, complicated asset holding structures and assets abroad. Caroline also has a thriving practice protecting client’s wealth from a family law perspective in advising on pre and post nuptial and separation agreements.

Caroline is also regularly instructed to represent parents and family members in disputes as to where children should live and with whom they should spend time.
