Brian is a Corporate partner in the Firm's Edinburgh office and has been with the Firm since 1997. He has broad experience of a wide range of UK and international corporate mandates, and specialises in public and private M&A and equity capital markets transactions. Brian is dual qualified in Scotland and in England and Wales and has particular experience in the food and beverage and industrials sectors. He is also a Reporter to the Court of Session in Scotland in respect of company schemes of arrangement, capital reductions and Part VII insurance, banking and ring-fencing transfer schemes.
