Andrew advises corporate and private equity clients, financial institutions and trustees on the full range of pensions issues including on corporate and restructuring transactions. He also advises on pensions de-risking and consolidation exercises including buy-in, buy-out and longevity swap transactions. He advises institutional investors on superfund platforms and on the pensions and employment aspects of the most significant cross-border public and private transactions.

Andrew is qualified to practice law in England & Wales, Australia and South Africa and has practiced as a pensions and employment specialist in London, Sydney and Johannesburg.
