Andrew acts for SME Housebuilders, Land Promoters, and Landowners on all aspects of development land.

Andrew's specialism is land acquisition work, whether immediate sites with planning or strategic land. On sites with planning permission, this will comprise the contractual arrangements and title and property due diligence as well as ancillary planning and finance matters, often all to be achieved in a tight timescale.

Andrew has extensive experience in strategic land, complex land assembly, option and promotion agreements as well as joint venture and collaboration agreements.

He also heads up the firm’s Housebuilding and Land Development sector which comprises the Land and Development team as well as the other key service offerings those in the sector will require.
