Andrew is a managing associate in the Equity and Debt Markets Group at Linklaters. He brings his expertise to advise financial institutions, corporates and sponsors on a broad spectrum of debt capital markets products, spanning debt and equity-linked transactions, liability management, private placements and corporate hybrid bonds. Andrew has particular expertise on regulatory capital transactions in the bank, insurance and investment firm sectors and regularly advises on high profile and “first of a kind” transactions in those sectors.
