Head of Lindsays’ family law team, Alison is an accredited family law and child law specialist. She practices family law exclusively and has wide experience in all aspects of relationship breakdowns and divorce, pre and post nuptial agreements, surrogacy and contact/residence disputes.

Alison has particular expertise in international child abduction, trained in collaborative family law and has extensive litigation experience.

Alison is a member of Glasgow Sheriff Court’s panel of solicitors for Bar reports, Adoption and Permanence orders and is frequently appointed by Glasgow sheriff court to prepare bar reports in complex contact and residence disputes.
