Practice Areas

Alison is a partner and experienced practitioner in the clinical negligence team. She deals with a wide variety of clinical negligence claims on behalf of claimants and is passionate about supporting them through the investigation and claims process and getting the best results possible.

Alison has a particular focus on complex neurology cases, delayed diagnoses of cancer, general practice, gynaecology/maternal injuries and paediatric claims and also deals with fatal accident claims arising out of clinical negligence actions.

Alison is a mental health champion and culture and welfare partner for the team. She splits her time between the Basingstoke and Oxford offices and also sees clients in the Birmingham office.
