Alison is the Executive Partner, EMEA, UK and US for Herbert Smith Freehills.

Alison is a member of the firm's Executive. Since taking up her role in 2020, she has been leading the firm's strategic priorities globally and, in particular, across our EMEA, UK and US regions. Part of a small Executive team, Alison's particular focus is on defining and implementing our people and culture and our client and markets strategies and ensuring strong financial performance and resilience across our regions. She also chairs our UK Executive as part of her role as London Managing Partner.
