In particular, Mr. Ramadan focuses on venture capital, cross-border M&A and private equity transactions for technology businesses. His clients include start-ups, high-growth companies and investors (both institutional and corporate) operating in the technology, fintech, proptech and digital media industries.

Mr. Ramadan is also involved in Goodwin’s PropTech Initiative, which is focused on supporting the intersection of Real Estate and Technology through thoughtful collaboration across the two practice areas.
