Alex specialises in intellectual property; extensive experience of multi-jurisdictional IP and technology contract and arbitration disputes in a variety of sectors, including pharmaceutical, medical devices, telecoms, electronics, oil and gas; and has represented clients in the UK and Australian courts and European Patent Office; particular interest in standards related disputes, biopharma and medical devices. Alex has spent time working in Dusseldorf, Paris and Sydney, and is fluent in French and German.
