Adele is a partner, and joint head of the reputation management and privacy team, with over 20 years of experience dealing with all areas of reputation management and privacy law.

She regularly advises both claimants and defendants in relation to defamation, misuse of private information, breach of confidence, data protection and harassment issues. She is also experienced in providing urgent guidance and pre-publication advice in relation to threatened publications/disclosures. With the ascendance of social media, Adele has developed expertise in achieving solutions for her clients to the new challenges these platforms for publication create, including identifying anonymous publishers. Through society’s rising awareness of data protection rights, Adele has more recently been increasingly asked to advise on the pursuit or defence of data protection claims, and is currently leading a number of group actions.

Adele is listed in Spear’s 500 as a recommended reputation lawyer and has twice been part of a team shortlisted for Litigation Team of the Year at the Lawyer Awards.
