Abi is co-Chair of Lewis Silkin’s team of contingent workforce specialists and specialises in providing multi-national employers with strategic and coordinated international advice. She has 13 years’ experience advising on all aspects of UK employment law, advising on everything from contracts of employment and staff handbooks to complex grievances, disciplinaries, discrimination, redundancies and reorganisations, sickness absence, TUPE and dismissals.

Her clients come from a variety of sectors including technology, finance, manufacturing and consulting. She uses her Japanese language skills to advise Japanese companies in the UK, as part of Lewis Silkin’s Japan Business Group.
