Stephen is Clarke Willmotts Chief Executive having been elected to that position in May 2010. He is responsible for the day to day management of the firm, and chairs its executive board, and defining and implementing the firms strategy.
Prior to taking his management role, he was a member of the Commercial Property Division, with particular expertise in regeneration, development and funding. He has worked on a number of long term and complex projects such as the Bristol and Bath Science Park.
