I am a Partner in the Birmingham Serious Injury team. I deal with all types of serious personal injury cases, including adult brain injury, spinal cord injury, paediatric brain injury, amputations and limb loss, serious burns, chronic pain, PTSD, orthopaedic trauma, motorbike accident claims and fatal accident claims. I deal with cases arising from road accidents, occupier liability claims, employer liability claims and public liability claims. I have a particular interest in accidents at work, including falls from height, defective equipment, manual handling, construction site and agricultural accidents and cases involving vicarious liability.
