Simon is a Solicitor, Partner and Head of the Real Estate Litigation (Southern) team. He is also the Head of the National Residential Litigation team.
Simon joined Shoosmiths in December 2019 from national firm, Laytons LLP where he was a Partner and recommended by both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
His clients include household name and local housebuilders, charities, retailers, social landlords, commercial landlords and tenants and private individuals regarding contentious property matters. He routinely deals with matters before the property chambers of the First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal, and before the High Court.
