During her 20+ years' experience of working with high value and complex transaction structures, Rachel has become an expert in providing specialist advice on all aspects of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, MBOs, joint ventures, demergers, shareholder agreements and articles of association.

Rachel’s clients range from large, international groups of companies to owner-managed businesses across a multitude of sectors including Technology, Waste Management, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Social Media, Automotive, Recruitment and Health & Social Care.
