Phil joined the dispute resolution team in July 2018 as the head of the property disputes team. He was promoted to Partner in May 2021. He manages a growing, and highly respected, team of property litigators with a reputation for good communication, great service and achieving positive results for their clients.

He specialises in resolving disputes relating to sale/purchase and joint venture agreements, dilapidations, break clauses, rights of way, proprietary estoppel, restrictive covenants, construction of leases, service charge disputes, construction disputes, business lease renewals and residential landlord and tenant disputes.

Phil has over ten years of experience in complicated and high value real estate litigation and dispute resolution for both commercial and residential property. His clients are mostly based in London and the Thames Valley.
