Mario is a Managing Associate specialising in all areas of real estate litigation including: landlord and tenant (including: lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, rent review, disputes relating to service charges, alienation and advising on break clauses); advising on development disputes (overage, easements, restrictive covenants and telecoms); and nuisance/trespass and professional negligence claims. Mario has a particular focus on insolvency related property disputes including advising on strategy for debt recovery, bankruptcy and corporate insolvency (including, administrations, CVAs and pre-packs) with a particular expertise in relation to borrower default and the appointment of LPA/fixed charge receivers.
