Lydia is home grown talent have joined CYK as its first associate in 2009 and making partner in 2017. Her practice focuses on high-value and complex commercial fraud, tech, corporate and partnership disputes. Lydia is experienced in the High Court and the Appellate Courts, arbitration and all other types of ADR. Her practice tends to be cross-border, with recent cases involving Russia, Switzerland, the BVI, Cayman and South Korea. Lydia is the lead partner in substantial CIS disputes and her clients include Leo Trust Services AG, Domidas Limited and Merbau Synergy Limited.
