Lucy advises clients including financial institutions, funds, private equity firms and corporates on a broad range of asset-backed finance transactions, with a particular focus on the real estate sector (particularly CMBS and RMBS). Her experience covers new origination, plus advising on the work out of legacy CMBS transactions. She is also highly experienced in advising sellers and buyers on cross border debt portfolio disposals and related financings covering various jurisdictions across Europe, including UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and CEE.
