Leon works with bank and non-bank lenders, managers, general partners and limited partners of funds on fund financing transactions with private equity, secondaries, real estate, direct lending and infrastructure funds.

He has a great deal of experience advising on Net Asset Value (NAV)/asset-backed and hybrid facilities, secondary funds facilities, capital call facilities, co-investment and GP/manager support facilities and other types of liquidity facilities provided to funds.

Leon has a large client base of non-bank lenders doing move innovative fund finance transactions and also has substantial experience dealing with ESG fund finance deals.
