Ken acted for the high profile spin out from the University of Glasgow, Vector Photonics Limited, in its ?3m investment from Clean Growth Fund and Foresight Williams. Ken acted for both Equity Gap and Alba business angel syndicates in 27 deals during the year raising over ?40m in investment.
