Kee is an experienced solicitor in the Eversheds Real Estate Group and part of the planning team. She trained and worked at Clifford Chance in London before moving to Cardiff in 2005.
She advises on all aspects of planning, highways, compulsory purchase and environmental law for both public and private sector clients including a number of major housebuilders, utilities, banks and blue chip companies. Kee has recently worked extensively in the renewable energy sector advising on the challenges faced when projects are seeking planning consent, environmental impact assessment and judicial review. Kee has managed numerous planning appeals throughout the UK.
Kee has drafted and negotiated a number of complex s106 Agreements and a wide variety of infrastructure and other planning agreements. She has prepared and acted upon legal challenges and negotiated consent orders, completed a successful Village Green Inquiry and settled a large, long-running compensation claim.
