Career

Judith is a specialist regulatory and disciplinary lawyer and solicitor-advocate with an established practice representing healthcare professionals in regulatory and disciplinary investigations. Judith regularly appears before the MPTS, GDC and other healthcare regulators representing practitioners facing a range of allegations including those relating to their clinical practice and also relating to matters of misconduct including sexual impropriety and dishonesty. Judith represents healthcare practitioners in criminal investigations, including advising at the police station to Crown Court trial.

Judith’s breadth of expertise, which also includes advising professionals in NHS Trust disciplinary (MHPS) investigations and representing individual healthcare professionals, NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers in inquests, ensures that the team can provide advice and guidance when a professional faces a number of separate but linked investigations.
