Josh is a sports, disputes and commercial lawyer advising on contentious, advisory and transactional matters. He is a senior associate and is the associate lead of the firms sports group.
Joshs disputes work covers sports, IP and commercial cases in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, as well as private sports arbitrations and disciplinary panels.
His commercial experience includes sponsorship and partnership arrangements, sports data and content supply agreements, IP licensing and general commercial contracts.
Josh is described in directories as a real rising star in the sports law arena. Josh represents clients on regulatory, governance, disciplinary and safeguarding matters across a range of sports from football and rugby to lacrosse. Josh similarly advises a range of stakeholders and brands in esports, gaming and content, and sports betting. Josh was selected as a Sport Industry NextGen Leader for 2021.
