Joanna is a partner in our Dispute Resolution team where she advises on a wide range of commercial disputes including breach of contract, non-payment, negligence and fraud matters. These are often multi-party disputes with a cross-border element. Joanna has a particular focus on product liability and product safety matters, advising UK and foreign manufacturers in the pharmaceutical, medical device and food and drink sectors on claims in Scotland, as well as providing advice on liabilities in these areas to a diverse range of clients. Joanna is qualified as a solicitor in Scotland, England and Hong Kong.
